I can't locate an Email I was supposed to receive during registration. What now?

Although we have taken a number measures to make sure you receive our email messages in good order, it unfortunately is by no means a fool proof process.

Here is what you can do:

  1. Email is not always sent immediately after you submit the registration form. Furthermore, it may take a while before it shows up in your email client. So give it 15 minutes and check again...
  2. The registration email may have ended up in your spam folder. Check your spam folder(s) and if you locate the email there, mark it as not spam. Add as a trusted source of email.
  3. You might have misspelled your email address. You can try again...
